Mercedes-Benz Places
Cinematic Architectural Visualization Campaign for Binghatti
Campaign Film
Created as a luxury real estate film, Mercedes-Benz Places was designed to merge architectural ambition with cinematic storytelling. Rather than presenting the tower through a conventional brochure-style approach, the campaign framed the development as an aspirational lifestyle experience shaped by elegance, atmosphere, and movement.
At its core, the film explores the emotional promise behind the architecture: elevation, prestige, and the desire to live closer to an ideal. The result is a campaign that approaches property marketing through the language of cinema.

Mercedes Places is a cinematic journey through luxury, ambition, and architectural innovation. Directed by Charles Alexander, the film brings to life the visionary Binghatti Mercedes Tower in Dubai, with a special appearance by the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class — a symbol of prestige and refinement.
At the heart of the narrative is Zahra, a young and independent entrepreneur who realises her lifelong dream of living closer to the stars in the vibrant, ever-rising landscape of Dubai. The tower becomes both a backdrop and a metaphor — a monument to ambition, success, and an elevated life.

Mercedes-Benz Places brought together two distinct brand worlds: the design prestige associated with Mercedes-Benz and the bold architectural identity of Binghatti. The visual direction had to find a point of convergence between them, building a campaign language rooted in sophistication, precision, and aspiration.
From styling and lighting to framing and editorial rhythm, every creative choice was developed to support that shared vocabulary of luxury and to communicate a sense of elevated living.

The creative approach drew from the visual codes of luxury fashion campaigns, contemporary cinema, fragrance advertising, and editorial photography. These influences helped shape a film language that felt sensual, elevated, and atmospheric rather than purely descriptive.
This direction was essential to positioning the development as a cultural and aspirational object not only as a piece of real estate, but as a lifestyle statement.

From concept development and visual strategy through live-action production, edit, sound design, color, and final integration with CGI, the project was developed as a fully directed campaign piece rather than a standard architectural promo.

The campaign involved multiple layers of execution, from studio-based live-action production to post-production workflows that allowed performance, lighting, and compositing to merge with the architectural visualization process.
These behind-the-scenes images offer a closer look at how the cinematic identity of the project was built in practice.
