SkyRise
A cinematic campaign for SkyRise
Campaign Film
The film was created to support the launch of Binghatti Skyrise in Business Bay, a large-scale waterfront development positioned within Dubai’s luxury real estate market. In that context, the campaign needed to do more than explain the building. It needed to communicate prestige, scale, and desirability with enough control to sit comfortably inside a high-visibility launch environment.
Commissioned by Arqui9 for Binghatti, the project blends live action and CGI to transform a luxury real estate development into a cinematic expression of ambition, authorship, and desire.

The project’s recognition reinforces its position within the architectural visualization and design space. The campaign appears alongside major industry acknowledgments through the 2025 CGarchitect 3D Awards and the Architizer Vision Awards, giving the work an external layer of professional validation beyond client delivery alone.

Skyrise was created as a cinematic launch film for a landmark residential development in Dubai. Rather than treating the tower as a static real estate subject, the project was shaped to create a stronger emotional and aspirational framework around the architecture one that could operate across launch presentation, sales, and luxury brand positioning.
The result is a film that moves beyond descriptive visualization and into a more directed form of architectural storytelling.

At the center of the film is a creative protagonist whose act of imagining, sketching, and projecting becomes a metaphor for the tower itself coming into existence. That narrative structure turns the building into more than an object of presentation: it becomes an expression of vision, authorship, and drive.
For a luxury development, that shift matters. It gives the campaign emotional clarity and makes the architecture feel pursued, imagined, and ultimately realized.

Skyrise was developed through a hybrid process combining live action, architectural visualization, and final compositing into one unified campaign language. The aim was not simply to insert filmed material into a CG pipeline, but to build a seamless visual identity in which cinematography, atmosphere, and digital architecture support each other from the start.
That approach is part of what gives the project its premium feel. It retains the precision of architectural visualization while gaining the atmosphere, rhythm, and human presence of cinema.

Narrative development, live-action direction, architectural visualization integration, editorial rhythm, and luxury brand positioning developed as one continuous visual system.

From concept development and previsualization to live-action capture and final CGI integration, Skyrise was shaped through a collaborative workflow between film production and architectural visualization.
The behind-the-scenes material reveals how narrative direction, production design, cinematography, and archviz craft were brought together inside a single luxury campaign.
